Our Cancellation Policy
Your booking confirmation will include the hotel's cancellation policy.
All bookings should be guaranteed by company, travel agent or a credit card number with expiry date. Guaranteed reservations can be cancelled until 72 hours prior to arrival; however a 10% charge of the overall booking shall be incurred. Cancellations after this time or 'No Shows' will result in a "first night charge." When a cancellation occurs, do so in writing (fax/letter). The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations after 72 hours prior to arrival, which are not guaranteed.
What if I do not turn up at the hotel without cancelling?
In this case a non-arrival fee will be charged against your credit card, equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
